La palazzina post industriale del 1926 fino a qualche anno fa era la sede di una frenetica casa editrice, oggi è una location mutaforme per eventi e rappresenta una nuova realtà nel cuore del quartiere No.Lo. (North of Loreto). La location si presenta con due torrette collegate tra loro da un salone centrale: un day-light open space di 350 mq caratterizzato da strutture portanti in travi di ferro nero.
La location ha un underlying plan di 250 mq, al quale si accede da entrambe le torrette, e che la recente ristrutturazione ha riportato alla luce le arcate con mattoni a vista.
All’ingresso della torretta sud si presenta un' area accessoriata utilizzabile come help desk o lounge. La torretta nord è anche l’accesso al soppalco con affaccio sui tetti di Milano.

The post-industrial building dated 1926 up to a few years ago was home to a frantic publishing house, today it is a mutaform location for events and represents a new reality in the heart of the No.Lo district (North of Loreto). The venue is presented with two turrets that are mutually connected by a central hall: a day-light open space of 350 qm characterized by supporting structures in beams of black iron. The location has an underlying plan of 250 mq, accessed from both turrets, and the recent restoration has brought to light the arches with exposed red-bricks. At the entrance of the Southern Turrett there’s an equipped area usable as a help desk or lounge. From the Northern Turret is also the access to the mezzanine overlooking the rooftops of Milan.

Gli ambienti sono strutturati in modo da poter essere affittati anche singolarmente, di conseguenza posso avvenire due o più eventi in contemporanea. La location è utilizzabile per mostre, esposizioni, eventi privati e/o aziendali, corsi, sfilate di moda, presentazioni, incontri artistico culturali, aperitivi e matrimoni.

The indoor environments are designed to be indipendent, so that they can be leased individually: if needed two or more events can occur simultaneously. The location can be used for exhibitions, private and/or corporate events, courses, fashion shows, presentations, artistic cultural encounters, aperitifs and weddings.
