This historic residence is located at the Arco della Pace in Milan, one of the main central area of the town, in a prestigious palace, with access from a marble staircase culminating with a statue and a representative entrance. The location is about 120m2 with 4.20 meters ceilings. The most fascinating room is the large hall with early-century parquet floors and original period furniture and works of art. In the living room there is an old balcony with wood paneling from which the view of the living room is very impressive, and on the mezzanine there is an ancient table with chairs in style and antique bookcase. Access to the balcony is by an ancient inlaid staircase placed in the hallway located before the hall. Throughout the location the flooring is in parquet and antique marble. The room before the salon is large and allows access to two studios that can be used as service rooms (cloakroom, dining room). Downstairs there is another hallway that can act as a study / laboratory and a large kitchen that can act as a service room for eventual catering.
